Dollar99Hosting.com will make every afford to provide webhosting services as long as your subscription is active.Dollar99Hosting.com cannot and will not be held liable for loss of income due to slow server and or server outages,
virus attacks, server attacks and or loss of web content and downloads due to a server crash.
It is your responsibility to backup your data or website(s). To download a backup of your data or website(s) on your
desktop login to your cpanel account and click the Backup link.
••• Phishing, SPAM and mass email marketing is Strictly Prohibited using Dollar99Hosting.com
servers., Any account holder phishing, email spamming or using mass email marketing will be
suspended and or terminate without notice.
••• You can not use scripts or software that sends fake hits to any website on our servers by doing so will result in
account suspension or termination without notice.

You can not transfer or share your webhosting account are give out your cpanel or ftp login account information to anyone except
for technical or website design support.

If you purchase any website(s) from us or from a third party such as ebay you can not sell or resell copies of any of our
copyrighted websites or scripts as indicate in your paypal and or ebay receipt, even if you make changes, modify or
redesign the website(s).
Webhosting
••• You may cancel your webhosting subscription at anythme at which time we will immediately suspend or terminateyour account even if you have any days or months left on your subscription.
If your webhosting account is suspended you will not have access to download a copy of your data or websites
or have access to the website product downloads and resources until you subscribe for your webhosting account.
If your webhosting account is terminated then everything is deleted and cannot be recovered.

If your webhosting account is suspended or cancelled for any reason there is a non-refundable $5.00 service fee
to reactivate your account plus monthly subscription fee even if you do not subscribe. Failure to subscribe for your
webhosting subscription within the time frame mention in the account email sent to you will result in your
hosting account being suspended. If your account is suspended you can only blame yourself.

It is your responsibility to cancel your webhosting subscription if at anytime you do not want or need our webhosting
service on are before your subscription is due. Do not cancel early unless you want your account suspended or
terminated.
Please keep in mind that if you delete or change your subscription email address, your credit card or checking
account information on file in your paypal account paypal will automatically cancel your subscription or if paypal
suspends or terminates your account paypal will automatically cancel ALL your subscriptions.

All webhosting subscription payments, service fees and or product purchases from either our website or from other
websites such as eBay are non-refundable.
Domain Name
• If we Dollar99Hosting registar a domain name for you, you must take ownership of your domain name by transferingyour domain name into your own AffiliateDomainResellers.com domain name account within 30 days of receiving
the transfer email.

If you do not take ownership of your domain name and it expires we Dollar99Hosting reserve the right to renew it
one day after it expires or delete your domain name from our AffiliateDomainResellers.com domain name account.
If this happens we Dollar99Hosting reserve the right to cancel your webhosting account and no refunds of any kind
will be issued. If this happens you can only blame yourself for not transfering your domain name.
Non-Refundable Fees
• Webhosting subscriptions• Purchase of Websites, Scripts and or Product Downloads
• Webhosting account reactivation $10.00
• Website upload and editing $20.00 per hour, minimum 2 hours paid in advance.
• Resend domain name transfer email after 30 days $10.00 even if you do not subscribe for your hosting account
Failure to follow our Terms of Service will result in account suspension or termination.
By subscribing for our service and or purchasing any of our other services or products you agree to our Terms ofService.
We Dollar99Hosting.com reserve the right to revise our Terms of Service without notice.
